There are three ways to control Apple Music on Sonos. For most Sonos devices, you can use the Sonos Controller app. If you use an Alexa-enabled Sonos speaker, you can ask Alexa to play Apple Music. With some Sonos devices, you can also use AirPlay to control Apple Music on your Sonos device.

Lyft is a ride-sharing app on your Mac for fast, reliable rides in minutes — day or night. Sonos is the wireless Home Sound System that fills as many rooms as you want with beautiful, immersive sound. Stream via WiFi. Play any song, podcast, audiobook or radio station, and enhance your TV and movie experience.

  1. Download the Sonos Controller app to your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Android device. If you already have the Sonos app, check for available updates and download them.
  2. Add Apple Music to your Sonos speaker system.* If you don’t already subscribe to Apple Music, you can join on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, or PC or join on your Android device.
  3. Sign in with the Apple ID that you use with Apple Music.

After you add your Apple Music subscription, you can listen to the entire Apple Music catalog or your personal music collection, get music recommendations, and more, all through your Sonos speaker system.
